| Rate Schedule FT is a firm transportation service which requires uniform hourly deliveries. Rate Schedule FT shippers are afforded unlimited primary points of receipt and points of delivery with contract quantities allocated among the primary points. Rate Schedule FT shippers are also entitled to use all other points of receipt and points of delivery on Trunkline's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List, up to the capacity which has been reserved in a particular zone, as secondary firm points of receipt and points of delivery. Daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions apply to Rate Schedule FT service. |

| Rate Schedule EFT |
| |
| Rate Schedule EFT is a enhanced firm transportation service which allows firm shippers to take at any point of delivery, during any hour, between 50 and 150 percent of the uniform hourly quantities scheduled for delivery without incurring a scheduling penalty, provided the total delivered volume remains within the tolerance level for the gas day. In addition, each day shippers under Rate Schedule EFT may make one intra-day nomination change effective on a prospective basis on any hour of the Gas Day provided the change in quantity does not exceed the total nominations for the gas day and does not exceed the shipper's maximum daily quantity (MDQ). Rate Schedule EFT shippers are afforded unlimited primary points of receipt and points of delivery with contract quantities allocated among the primary points. Rate Schedule EFT shippers may utilize all other points of receipt and points of delivery on Trunkline's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List as secondary firm points of receipt and delivery up to the capacity which has been reserved in a particular zone. Daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions apply to Rate Schedule EFT service. |

| Rate Schedule SST |

| Rate Schedule SST is a firm small shipper transportation service for customers where Trunkline is the customer's only pipeline connection. Since the service is primarily designed for small municipalities, the MDQ may not exceed 10,350 Dth per day. Rate Schedule SST shippers may have unlimited primary points of receipt with contract quantities allocated among primary points. Additionally, all points on the Master Receipt Point List may be utilized as secondary firm points of receipt up to the capacity which has been reserved in a particular zone. Moreover, Rate Schedule SST shippers are prohibited from using interruptible transportation or released capacity until they have used their MDQ. Rate Schedule SST shippers are subject to daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions. |

| Rate Schedule LFT |

| Rate Schedule LFT is a limited firm transportation service which allows Trunkline at its sole discretion to not schedule service for any 10 days within the month. Rate Schedule LFT shippers can take at any point of delivery, during any hour, between 50 and 150 percent of the uniform hourly quantities scheduled for delivery without incurring a scheduling penalty, provided the total delivered volume remains within the tolerance level for the gas day. In addition, each day shippers under Rate Schedule LFT may make one intra-day nomination change effective on a prospective basis on any hour of the Gas Day before 4 p.m. on any business day, provided the change in quantity does not exceed twenty-five percent of the previously nominated and confirmed receipt or delivery quantities for the gas day and the total nominations for the gas day do not exceed the shipper's MDQ. Rate Schedule LFT shippers are afforded unlimited primary points of receipt and points of delivery with contract quantities allocated among the primary points. Rate Schedule LFT shippers may utilize all other points of receipt and points of delivery on Trunkline's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List as secondary firm points of receipt and delivery up to the capacity which has been reserved in a particular zone. Daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions apply to Rate Schedule LFT service. |

| Rate Schedule QNT is a firm quick notice transportation service where transportation customers may adjust nominations once each hour on a prospective basis to be effective on any hour of the gas day if such nomination change is submitted before 4:00 p.m., provided the total nominations for the gas day do not exceed the shipper's MDQ. Rate Schedule QNT shippers are afforded unlimited primary points of receipt and points of delivery with contract quantities allocated among the primary points. Rate Schedule QNT shippers may utilize all other points of receipt and points of delivery on Trunkline's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List as secondary firm points of receipt and delivery up to the capacity which has been reserved in a particular zone. Daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions apply to Rate Schedule QNT service. |

| Rate Schedule NNS-1 is a firm no-notice service. Under Rate Schedule NNS-1, a shipper may increase, up to its MDQ, or decrease deliveries at eligible points of delivery on any gas day without nominating such increase or decrease and without incurring daily scheduling penalties. In addition, a customer may transfer (by sale or otherwise) all or a portion of its stored volume to any shipper that receives storage service under Rate Schedules FSS, NNS-1, NNS-2 or ISS so long as the transfer does not cause the stored volume to exceed the maximum contract storage capacity (MCSC). Rate Schedule NNS-1 has equal priority with all other firm services. |

| Rate Schedule NNS-2 is a firm no-notice service available only to Trunkline's Rate Schedule SST shippers. Under Rate Schedule NNS-2, a shipper may increase, up to its MDQ, or decrease deliveries at eligible points of delivery on any gas day without nominating such increase or decrease and without incurring daily scheduling penalties. In addition, a customer may transfer (by sale or otherwise) all or a portion of its stored volume to any shipper that receives storage service under Rate Schedules FSS, NNS-1,NNS-2 or ISS so long as the transfer does not cause the stored volume to exceed the maximum contract storage capacity (MCSC). Rate Schedule NNS-2 has equal priority with all other firm services. |

Rate Schedule QNIT shippers may use Trunkline's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List. Rate Schedule QNIT shippers are subject to daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions. |

| Rate Schedule FSS |

| Rate Schedule FSS is a firm storage service allowing for firm injections in the Summer period and firm withdrawals in the Winter period. Winter period injections and Summer period withdrawals are permitted on an interruptible basis. In addition, a customer may transfer (by sale or otherwise) all or a portion of its stored volume to any shipper that receives storage service under Rate Schedules FSS, NNS-1, NNS-2 or ISS (with Trunkline's prior approval) so long as the transfer does not cause the stored volume to exceed the maximum contract storage capacity (MCSC). A shipper must reduce the stored volume to ten percent of the MCSC or less, prior to April 1. |

| Rate Schedule ISS |

| Rate Schedule ISS is an interruptible storage service. Injections and withdrawals are allowed on an interruptible basis year round. A shipper may be required, upon notification, to withdraw all, or any part, of its stored volume as rapidly as is consistent with the shipper's maximum daily withdrawal quantities and permitted overrun quantities, so long as the withdrawal has been completed within ten days of Trunkline's notice. A shipper may transfer (by sale or otherwise) all or a portion of its stored volume to any shipper that receives storage service under Rate Schedules FSS, NNS-1, NNS-2 or ISS so long as the transfer does not cause the stored volume to exceed the MCSC. |

| Rate Schedule TABS-1 |

| Rate Schedule TABS-1 is a transportation aggregation balancing service that can be provided by any party to any shipper by executing a Rate Schedule TABS-1 contract. Rate Schedule TABS-1 party assumes the primary responsibility of matching the actual receipts by Trunkline with nominated quantities at those points. The Rate Schedule TABS-1 service is only available for aggregation of supplies at points of receipt within a specific service area corresponding to the TABS-1 Service Areas - South Texas, North Texas, West Louisiana, East Louisiana, Zone 1A, Zone 1B, or Zone 2. The Rate Schedule TABS-1 party may aggregate supplies from any or all of the point(s) of receipt within each of the service areas. A Rate Schedule TABS-1 party may have more than one Rate Schedule TABS-1 contract. The Rate Schedule TABS-1 party is subject to daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions. |

| A Rate Schedule TABS-1 party may also nominate a transfer of gas from any other Rate Schedule TABS-1 party with a Rate Schedule TABS-1 service agreement at the same Rate Schedule TABS-1 service area, so long as the Rate Schedule TABS-1 party has a transportation service agreement to which gathering charges may be allocated. Such transfer will be aggregated with nominations from physical points of receipt. A transfer fee is billed to the Rate Schedule TABS-1 party receiving the transferred gas. |

| Rate Schedule GPS |
| |
Rate Schedule GPS is an interruptible gas parking and lending service. Under the service, a customer can park gas or borrow gas at any point of receipt or delivery on Trunkline's system designated as parking. All service provided under Rate Schedule GPS is subject to Trunkline's approval and subject to Trunkline's system operations. Rate Schedule GPS Service allows parking for a minimum of one day and a maximum of up to 31 days unless an extension is permitted by Trunkline based upon system operations. Negative parking may be allowed at Trunkline's sole discretion. Failure to return gas loaned to Trunkline's system or remove gas parked from Trunkline's system when notified by Trunkline will result in substantial penalties.
In addition, Trunkline also offers an Intra-Day Parking option. Under this option, a customer can nominate the delivery of gas to its parking point and the receipt of an equal quantity of gas from its parking point, all within the same gas day. The customer must provide Trunkline with a schedule of the quantity of gas to be delivered to and received from its parking point for each hour during the gas day. |

| Rate Schedule FFZ |
| |
| Rate Schedule FFZ is a firm flexible field zone transportation service where shipper must commit to deliver into and transport by Trunkline all gas produced by corresponding Committed Properties and requires uniform hourly receipts and deliveries. Primary points of receipt must be related to the Committed Properties with contract quantities allocated among the primary points. Secondary points of receipt are not allowed. Rate Schedule FFZ shippers are afforded unlimited primary field zone points of delivery with contract quantities allocated among the primary points. Rate Schedule FFZ shippers are also entitled to use all other field zone points of delivery on Trunkline's Master Delivery Point List, up to the capacity which has been reserved in the field zone, as secondary firm points of delivery. Daily scheduling and monthly balancing provisions apply to Rate Schedule FFZ service. |

| Rate Schedule FFZ shippers have a Throughput Commitment to transport at least eighty percent of the shipper's contract entitlement in the relevant month. If the shipper does not flow the Throughput Commitment, then the volume difference between the amount flowed and the amount that would have been shipped at eighty percent will be charged a Conditional Reservation Charge. For each volume of capacity released by the shipper to a replacement shipper, the Conditional Reservation Charge will apply. |
