| Rate Schedule FTS is a firm transportation service which requires equivalent receipt and delivery volumes with uniform hourly deliveries. Rate Schedule FTS shippers are afforded unlimited primary points of receipt and points of delivery with contract quantities allocated among the primary points. Rate Schedule FTS shippers are also entitled to use all other points of receipt and points of delivery on Sea Robin's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List, up to the capacity which has been reserved, as secondary firm points of receipt and points of delivery. Monthly balancing provisions apply to Rate Schedule FTS service. |

| Rate Schedule FTS-2 |

| Rate Schedule FTS-2 is a firm transportation service which requires equivalent receipt and delivery volumes with uniform hourly deliveries. Rate Schedule FTS-2 shippers must designate primary receipt points specifically related to the corresponding Committed Lease Agreement and are afforded unlimited primary points of delivery with contract quantities allocated among the primary points of delivery. Rate Schedule FTS-2 shippers are also entitled to utilize all other points of receipt and points of delivery on Sea Robin's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List as secondary firm points of receipt and delivery up to the capacity which has been reserved. Monthly balancing provisions apply to Rate Schedule FTS-2 service. |

| Transportation charges for Rate Schedule FTS-2 service will be billed on a volumetric basis for the first six months. Beginning the seventh month, charges are based upon the flow of gas for three prior months (example: January, February, March determine May billing type). If 80% or more of the MDQ is flowed in the three prior months, then charges will be on a volumetric basis. A flow of less than 80% of the MDQ in the three prior months will result in charges based upon a reservation calculation using the MDQ. |

| Rate Schedule ITS |

| Rate Schedule ITS is an interruptible transportation service, which requires equivalent receipt and delivery volumes with uniform hourly deliveries. Rate Schedule ITS shippers may use Sea Robin's Master Receipt Point List and Master Delivery Point List. Rate Schedule ITS shippers are subject to monthly balancing provisions. |

| Pooling Service |

| Pooling Service Agreements allow for the aggregation of gas by the shipper. Rate Schedules FTS, FTS-2, and ITS can be utilized to deliver gas to the pools. Tier I Pooling Service aggregates supplies from Receipt Points for delivery into either Tier II Pooling Points or Delivery Points on the system. Tier II Pooling Service aggregates supplies from Receipt Points and Tier I Pooling Points for delivery into Delivery Points on the system. |
