DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Rate Schedule FTS-1
 
Rate Schedule FTS-1 is a firm transportation service available to shippers with Primary Delivery Points in Transporter’s Market Area that had entitlements in effect on November 2, 1992 and executed a Service Agreement for service under this Rate Schedule. Public Agencies may aggregate all or part of their firm capacity under individual FTS-1 service agreements into a Joint Action Agency under a single Rate Schedule FTS-1 service agreement. FTS-1 Shippers designate primary receipt and delivery points and have access to the remaining receipt/delivery points on transporter’s system as alternate points. Nominations to Delivery Point(s) in the Western Division must specify the source of such deliveries; provided, however, the Receipt Point(s) so designated shall not be In-Line Transfer Point(s) served by Rate Schedule IPS. A monthly reservation fee and a market area usage fee are applicable to this rate schedule.
 
Rate Schedule FTS-2
 
Rate Schedule FTS-2 is a firm transportation service available to shippers with Primary Delivery Points in Transporter’s Market Area. FTS-2 Shippers designate primary receipt and delivery points and have access to the remaining receipt/delivery points on transporter’s system as alternate points. Nominations to Delivery Point(s) in the Western Division must specify the source of such deliveries; provided, however, the Receipt Point(s) so designated shall not be In-Line Transfer Point(s) served by Rate Schedule IPS. A monthly reservation fee and a market area usage fee are applicable to this rate schedule.
 
Rate Schedule FTS-WD
 
Rate Schedule FTS-WD is a firm transportation service available to shippers with Primary Receipt and Primary Delivery Points within Transporter’s Western Division. FTS-WD shippers have access to the remaining receipt/delivery points on transporter’s Western Division as alternate points. A monthly facility service fee and mileage based usage rates are applicable for this rate schedule.
 
SFTS
 
Rate Schedule SFTS (Small Customer Firm Transportation Service) is a firm transportation service that is available to Shippers who had annual firm sales entitlement of 1,100,000 MMBtu or less under Rate Schedule SGS or under a direct firm sales agreement as set forth on Transporter’s Index of Entitlements in effect on November 2, 1992. SFTS is a one part rate service.
 
NNTS
 
Rate Schedule NNTS (No Notice Transportation Service) is a firm Rate Schedule that is available to Shippers receiving service under Rate Schedule FTS-1 or SFTS. The level of NNTS subscribed shall not increase or decrease Shipper’s MDTQ under Rate Schedule FTS-1 or SFTS, but shall represent the quantity by which Shipper’s actual deliveries may deviate from scheduled deliveries under Rate Schedule FTS-1 or SFTS.
 
ITS-1
 
Rate Schedule ITS-1 is available for interruptible transportation service for deliveries that are made in the Market Area. Gas transported for Shippers under this Rate Schedule shall be on an interruptible basis when capacity exists up to the maximum daily transportation quantity of the service agreement. Shippers have access to all receipt points and all Market Area delivery points on the system. A market area usage fee is applicable to this rate schedule.
 
ITS-WD
 
Rate Schedule ITS-WD is available for interruptible transportation service for receipts and deliveries that are made in the Western Division. Gas transported for Shippers under this Rate Schedule shall be on an interruptible basis when capacity exists up to the maximum daily transportation quantity of the service agreement. The usage rates for this rate schedule are mileage based.
 
IPS
 
In-Line Pooling Service Agreement allows for the aggregation of receipt gas by a shipper for delivery to an In-Line Transfer Point (Pool) for subsequent receipt and transport by any Shipper to a delivery point in the Market Area under Rate Schedules FTS-1, FTS-2, SFTS, or ITS-1(Downstream Shipper). In-Line Transfer Point(s) are defined as Transporter’s Compressor Station 7, 8, and 11. All gas received under an IPS Service Agreement shall be deemed to transfer to the downstream Shipper at the closest in-line transfer point east of the IPS Receipt Point(s). There are no transportation or fuel charges in association with this rate schedule. The downstream transportation contract is assessed the charges.
 
PNR
 
Rate Schedule PNR (Park ‘N Ride) is available for interruptible Park ‘N Ride Service on a non-discriminatory basis where Transporter has determined that it is operationally able to render such service and Shipper and Transporter have executed a Service Agreement. When sufficient capacity is available to provide such service the Shipper and Transporter execute service under a single Purchase Order up to the MDQ, not to exceed the MDTQ as specified in the Purchase Order.
